So, what is the Total Body Clean Up Challenge?
The purpose of this challenge is to challenge participants to ditch some unhealthy
nutrition habits to kick-start a healthier, more fabulous lifestyle (and to keep you on track
for amazing fitness results!). Each week will be a different nutrition challenge to help you cut calories, detox and add nutrients to your daily diet. At the end of the challenge you will feel better about yourself, take on healthier habits, lose weight, and have had the chance to meet other amazing people! It’s a win-win for all participants! Who can do this challenge?
I recommend participants be at least 18 years or older to sign up.
If you have medical conditions, it's always a good idea to share the information of this challenge with your physician. Again, no crazy pills or outrageous recipes. Just simple, clean, whole foods.
